This role is responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs and services to support student success.
Main Responsibilities:
- Serve as a member of the President's Cabinet and participate in discussions, decision-making, and policy-making.
- Provide highly responsible organizational and staff support to the President's Office, particularly regarding student issues.
- Lead all enrollment management and student affairs functions within the College.
- Serve as the chief student advocate and develop policies and procedures necessary to support student enrollment, engagement, and persistence.
- Work closely with the institutional partners to supervise the transfer and implementation of programs and maintain relationships between AIU and partner universities.
