Part-Time Fulfillment Associate

Hours: Part Time. 4 hours per day, 9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Monday through Friday to start. Job hours will expand over time as we increase business volume with an expectation to be 35 hours a week by March 2025. If you have the ability to work a little more hours on some days, then that is a plus.

Reports to: Fulfillment Lead/Manager

Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and reliable Part-Time Fulfillment Associate to join our team. As a Fulfillment Associate, you will be responsible for picking products, packing them, and mailing out orders to ensure timely and accurate delivery to our customers. This role is a new position in a growing business and so a wide breath of different tasks will be required of you to complete this job properly.

There will be significant hours of training provided in the beginning by co-workers to understand the operation and ongoing training to continue to strengthen and reinforce applicable skills for the position.

Responsibilities:

• Some computer literacy is required as we use specific software to process orders
• Prepare orders for shipment by carefully picking, packing, and labeling products according to provided guidelines and safety standards.
• Ensure accurate inventory counts and maintain organized stock levels in the warehouse.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and fulfill orders efficiently and meet daily shipping deadlines.
• Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and packaging integrity.
• Safely operate warehouse equipment, such as hand trucks or pallet jacks, to move products within the warehouse.
• Assist with general warehouse tasks, including receiving and inspecting incoming shipments, organizing inventory, and keeping the warehouse clean and orderly.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior experience in a warehouse or fulfillment role is preferred but not required.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift packages up to 50 pounds.
• Familiarity with warehouse equipment and basic computer skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
