Roles and Responsibilities
- Follows recipes - ensures the quality and consistency of every kolache.
- Cleans dishes, floors, equipment, and workspaces
- Follows prep list and preps items accordingly and within allotted time frame.
- Sets up, maintains, restocks, cleans, and organizes work area.
- Follows health, sanitation, cleanliness and organization standards.
- Safely operates all equipment
- Practices proper and safe food handling, storage, receiving, and rotating stock.
- Meets all restaurant standards for safety and food handling.
- Practices teamwork by helping co-workers and taking initiative to start new tasks without being asked.
- Performs other duties as assigned by management.
- Adheres to company standards, including personal hygiene and appearance.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $14.00 - $19.00 per hour
Expected hours: 14 – 35 per week
