What are the responsibilities and job description for the Fund Controller(Hybrid Flexibility) position at American Landmark Management, LLC?
American Landmark is a private equity firm investing in multi-family properties. This role works closely with external auditors and Company management in providing accurate and timely financial information.

Scope of work consists of but is not limited to the following:
• Manage Fund Accounting Team (Currently one supervisor and three accountants)
• Manage reporting deadlines
• Liaison with fund administrators and external auditors
• Maintain GAAP financials for multiple “Funds” and its’ related entities
• Maintain Investment and investor equity schedules
• Review quarterly audit workpapers and SOX backup requirements
• Perform special projects as needed and provide support to the accounting and finance management teams
Requirements:
• Bachelors in Accounting
• Certified Public Accountant
• 5-7 years of Fund accounting experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills
• Strong Excel skills
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
• Ability to work independently, as well as part of a team
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral, as well as solid interpersonal skills.
