Your role as Maintenance Technician I is critical to ALVM’s success and may include due diligence, community acquisition/disposition, serving on or participating in company sponsored or sanctioned committees, organizations, functions etc. You are ultimately responsible for insuring the efficient maintenance operation of the property under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Property Manager.
We have a new bonus structure! All Maintenance team members will receive a stipend of $100 when on-call, on top of overtime. ALSO, maintenance team members are eligible for bonuses of up to $250 based on make ready status and work order completion.
Your “Day to Day” at ALVM
- Responsible for the daily repair and upkeep of the property
- Responsible for the preparation of vacant units for occupancy
- Responsible for the care, maintenance and inventory of all supplies and equipment
- Responsive, courteous, and efficient in the handling all resident requests
Qualifying Accomplishments:
- Prior experience in multi-family housing
- Electrical & plumbing skills / trouble shooting ability
- Irrigation knowledge
