Job Responsibilities:

• Make outbound follow-up calls to leads and customers who have inquired about our products/services.
• Engage with prospects, answer basic questions, and schedule appointments for sales representatives.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and update the CRM system.
• Identify customer needs and pass along important insights to the sales team.
• Provide friendly and professional communication to build rapport with potential clients.
• Meet daily/weekly call and follow-up targets.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Prior experience in customer service, sales, or telemarketing is a plus.
• Comfortable making outbound calls and following scripts when necessary.
• Ability to handle objections and maintain a positive attitude.
• Basic knowledge of CRM software or willingness to learn.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
