- Work Schedule: Monday to Friday from approximately 7 am to 5 pm, with flexibility required based on weather conditions and spring growth.

Responsibilities:
- Operate top-of-the-line professional power equipment to mow and trim lawns with precision.
- Lead and supervise crew members to ensure efficient and effective completion of tasks.
- Maintain equipment cleanliness and perform routine maintenance as necessary.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
- Communicate effectively with clients and address any concerns or requests promptly and professionally.
Requirements:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic are essential.
- Valid driver's license with a mostly clean driving record.
- Pass E-Verify to Work in the USA
- Experience with professional power equipment preferred but not required; training will be provided.
- Willingness to work Saturdays during the spring season as needed.
