As we rebuild and expand our company, we are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Clinic Sales Manager who thrives on leadership, structure, and strategic execution—someone ready to take charge of both clinic and sales responsibilities while spearheading the growth of a high-performing team.
We are a Med Spa specializing the following services:
- Laser Hair Removal
- Mesopen (Micro-needling)
- Ultrasonic Facials
- CoolSculpting (Non-surgical permanent fat removal)
- Cosmetic Injections (Botox and Dermal Fillers e.g. Juvéderm)

The Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily clinical operations with a focus on precision, efficiency, and client satisfaction.
- Conduct detailed consultations, offering expert advice and guiding clients toward the most effective treatment packages.
- Perform treatments while setting the standard for exceptional quality and client care.
- Drive clinic growth through proactive marketing strategies, client retention initiatives, and review/testimonial campaigns.
- Lead, train, and manage a growing team of laser technicians as demand increases, ensuring high standards and consistent performance.
- Collaborate with upper management to refine processes, analyze data, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Lead local marketing initiatives and adapt strategies as needed to meet clinic growth goals.
What We’re Looking For:
- Leadership: Proven experience in leading teams, setting goals, and driving results in a structured and goal-oriented environment.

- Required Experience: Minimum 2 years in med spa operations with strong sales experience and a consultative approach. [OR] Minimum 2 years of an exceptional track record in consultive sales (not general product retail sales), with the ability and desire to learn med spa operations and procedures.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Compensation: Base salary starting at $18/hour plus a performance-based bonus structure that rewards your success. The bonus is based on sales volume generated by the clinic.

Example 2: If Clinic Sales are >50K/mo, CM will bonus $12,000 in 12 months - SALES EXPECTATIONS
Your target is to generate $60k/month minimum, in sales (cash basis not accrual basis) for the clinic. The initial goal will be $30K/mo. (accrual basis) for the first 3 months. The job requires you to close sales through initial consultations, upsells with current clients, and develop referrals through our current client base.

You will receive FREE Medical training. It costs us $3K-$5K to train a new employee. If you are hired, you may be required to travel to an alternate clinic for 2-3 days for training. Your travel expenses will be covered by the company. You may be sharing a hotel room with another student of the same gender. Should a guest accompany you for the training, you will be responsible for the hotel room expenses. Our company provides ongoing technical training and sales support. Our team is encouraged to develop together.

Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week. Paid bi-weekly pay.
- 8-hour shifts Monday through Saturday, with alternating schedules (Tuesday-Friday one week, Monday-Saturday the next, if there is a 5th weekend to the month that Saturday may be required).
- Flexible lunch breaks (1hr & 15mins) with the ability to adjust based on prior shift lengths.
- Schedule adjustments aligned with clinic growth and client demand.

DRESS CODE
Our clinic staff members wear scrubs with our logo. Ordering information will be provided at orientation. The first pair are to be ordered within your first 30 days of employment, and the second pair are to be ordered within 60 days of employment. Comfortable, closed-toe shoes suitable for a medical environment are essential. As part of your compensation package, you will be reimbursed $200 on your one-year anniversary.
NON-COMPETE CLAUSE
We require new hires to sign a non-compete clause. If hired, you agree not to work directly for our competitors in a 50-mile radius for ONE YEAR after voluntarily leaving the job; such as another clinic performing laser hair removal. We invest heavily in you, and it's only fair that should things not work out, you do not give our techniques to our direct competitors.
