EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• Master Esthetician/Aesthetician with a minimum of 2 years in the industry. (Medical Aesthetics Preferred)
• Proven track record of high-performance consultative sales in medical aesthetics

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

· Drive Clinic Revenue – Conduct high-converting consultations ensuring that even hesitant clients commit to the best treatment packages. Your success will be measured in sales performance.

· Perform Treatments with Excellence – You’ll set the standard for treatment execution and client experience, with precision and results.

· Take Charge of Clinic Growth & Efficiency – Optimize the clinic’s schedule, audit daily operations, enforce protocols. Streamline processes to expand the client base, drive reviews/referrals, and increase client retention.

· Scale Your Team – As your clinic grows, you will train, develop and hold your team of laser technicians accountable for performance.

· Execute Local Marketing Strategies – Partner with upper management to increase brand visibility and lead generation.

American Laser Med Spa has been a leader in the medical aesthetics industry for 18 years. We have 5 locations in Texas, where we offer results-driven, medical-grade treatments such as Laser Hair Removal, CoolSculpting, Mesopen, and Ultrasonic Facials.

We are rebuilding and scaling aggressively, and we are not looking for order-takers—we need a sales closer and strategic clinic leader who thrives in high-accountability environments and excels in both sales and medical aesthetics. This is not a passive role where you simply provide treatments. WHAT WE OFFER:

💰High-Earning Potential – $18/hour base pay aggressive performance-based commission. Your compensation is tied to your ability to close sales, increase clinic growth, generate revenue, monitor optimal patient results, drive client retention. If you perform, you will be rewarded.

🕘 Schedule: Full-time, 8-hour shifts with structured yet adaptable scheduling based on clinic growth and client demand. Monday-Saturday Rotations to maintain 80 hours per biweekly pay period.
