Join a rapidly expanding small business, American Lawn and Tree Specialists, Inc., which is in search of skilled individuals to contribute to its growth. Offering Lawn Care Programs along with other pest control services to Residential and Commercial clients, our company's services encompass lawn and ornamental tree/shrub treatments, fertilization, pest and disease management, aeration/overseeding, vegetation control, and selective grass control.

We're on the lookout for full-time, dedicated individuals who take pleasure in outdoor work. While experience is advantageous, it is not mandatory, as training will be provided to the right candidates. Individuals with pesticide applicator or nutrient management license are encouraged to apply. We currently have our main location in Sykesville and our second in Rosedale.

Job Requirements entail:

• Reporting to work from Monday to Friday as scheduled
• Engaging in physical tasks (able to lift up to 50 lbs.)
• Having dependable transportation
• Holding a valid driver's license with a clean record
• Passing a drug screening and DOT physical
• Possessing strong communication and writing abilities
• Safely operating company vehicles
• Working autonomously
• Efficiently completing tasks as per the daily schedule
• Conducting basic data entry
  
  

Additional Information:

• Seeking candidates available for 40 hours weekly
• Bi-weekly payment schedule
• Locations include Sykesville (21784) and Rosedale (21237)
  
  

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $19.00 - $27.00 per hour depending on experience

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
