American Leadership Academy is accepting applications for an Administrative Assistant in the Academics Department at our San Tan Valley Elementary for the 2025-2026 academic school year. Candidates must possess, or be willing to obtain, a valid Arizona IVP Fingerprint Clearance card.
Qualified candidates will be able to demonstrate strong organizational skills, effective communication and self-motivation. Those who seek to excel in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment will enjoy this opportunity.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Provide administrative support to campus by providing reception services, scheduling appointments, meetings, filing, researching files and records, preparing
- and proof-reading correspondence, reports, and other documents as requested.
- Supports the work of the department by purchasing equipment and supplies, maintaining an inventory of office supplied, and utilizing the appropriate process
- to pay for goods or services purchased by the department.
- Supports the administrative business functions of the department.
- Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
- Supports campus administration with entering information in the Learning Management System.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Other duties as assigned.
