What are the responsibilities and job description for the Education Program Coordinator position at American Leadership Academy?
American Leadership Academy is now accepting applications for an Education Program Coordinator for our Applied Technologies campus for the 2024-2025 academic year. Candidates must possess a valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Design, implement, and evaluate educational programs to ensure they meet the needs of students and align with institutional goals.
- Work closely with faculty and staff to coordinate curriculum development, program enhancements, and assessment activities.
- Provide guidance and support to students, addressing their academic concerns and facilitating access to resources.
- Assist in the development and management of program budgets, ensuring effective use of resources.
- Maintain accurate records related to program activities, student progress, and outcomes, preparing reports for administration.
- Promote educational programs to prospective students and stakeholders, participating in recruitment events and creating promotional materials.
- Ensure adherence to institutional policies, accreditation standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Facilitate training and professional development opportunities for faculty and staff involved in the program.
- Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, administration, or a related field
- Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance card
- At least 2-3 years of experience in program coordination, educational administration, or a related role.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in education, higher education administration, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in program coordination or educational administration, preferably in a higher education setting.
- Experience managing budgets and understanding financial principles related to program administration.
- Familiarity with curriculum development processes and educational assessment practices.
