CSR / Dispatcher

Overview
American Leak Detection is seeking a highly organized and proactive CSR/Dispatcher to join our team in Moncure, NC. This role is essential to ensuring smooth day-to-day operations by coordinating service calls, scheduling technicians, and maintaining efficient communication between customers and field personnel. Candidates with Service Titan experience and a background in management or leadership are strongly preferred.

Duties

• Scheduling & Dispatching - Efficiently assign and dispatch technicians based on job priority, location, and skill set.
• Customer Communication - Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing updates, answering questions, and addressing concerns professionally.
• Service Titan Management - Utilize Service Titan software to schedule appointments, track jobs, and maintain customer records.
• Team Coordination - Work closely with technicians, CSRs, and management to ensure timely job completion and resolve scheduling conflicts or emergencies.
• Administrative Support - Maintain accurate records of daily activities, prepare reports, and assist in workflow management.
• Problem-Solving - Quickly and effectively handle customer and operational challenges with a focus on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
• Management Support - Assist management with process improvement initiatives and training when needed.

Requirements

• 2 years of experience as a dispatcher, CSR, or similar role.
• Service Titan experience is highly preferred.
• Management or leadership experience is a strong plus.
• Plumbing industry knowledge is a plus, but not required.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in scheduling software or CRM tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle urgent situations efficiently.

Work Schedule:

• Full-Time (40 hours per week)
• Monday - Friday (8-hour shifts)
