SUMMARY
We are seeking a dynamic and hands-on Continuous Improvement Specialist to assist with streamlining our manufacturing processes. While furniture production experience is preferred, it is not required. This position involves leadership, organization, and a focus on innovation and operational excellence.
- Analyze current production processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.

- Introduce best practices and lean manufacturing techniques to enhance overall efficiency.
- Train and engage team members in process improvement initiatives to foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.

- Proven experience in process improvement in a production environment or a related manufacturing role.

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or process improvement
