JOB TITLE: Cushion Stuffer
DEPARTMENT: Foam
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
REPORTS TO: Foam Supervisor
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Locating cushions to match up with tickets for production flow
- Filling cushions, some by machine, some by hand
- Receive cushions on racks and organize by fill type
- All other duties as assigned
KNOWLEDGE SKILLS & ABILITIES
- Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Warehouse, truck loading, inventory experience preferred
- Be able to understand information on the production ticket
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
- Cushion fill experience would be helpful
- Able to work with little supervision
- Detailed oriented
EFFORT
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to work full time
- Must be able to walk/stand for long periods of time
