JOB TITLE: Customer Service Representative
DEPARTMENT: Administrative
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Corporate Campus, Conover N.C.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday 8 am - 4:30 pm or 8:30 pm – 5:00 pm
Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

Overview of Responsibilities:
- The Customer Service Representative will report to the Customer Service Manager, work directly with the Team Leader, Sales Representatives, and Customers via phone calls, and emails.
- Able to multi-taskwork in a fast-paced professional concentrated environment.
- Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping, availability, production availability, price quotes, and production information.
- Input repair orders using company software, input quotes, and data entry.
- Able to make decisions to facilitate the resolution of customer issues.
- Assist Account Executive Team leader as needed.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- 3 years Customer Service experience required with furniture manufacturing experience preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, organizational skills, and detail oriented.
- Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and IBM notes knowledge.
- Able to work with different types of personalities and different levels of management in an open team environment.
- Able to work independently.
