JOB TITLE: Inspection Deluxer
DEPARTMENT: Inspection
FLSA: Non-Exempt
LOCATION: Plant 5
SCHEDULE: Monday – Thursday 6:0 am - 4:30 pm
Overtime may be required beyond the posted work schedule and may vary on a weekly basis.

Overview of Responsibilities:
This position is responsible for the efficient and orderly flow of product from trim to inspection. Typical inspections will be handling furniture examining production per specifications, work with co-workers and management to solve quality issues that arise in this area.
PRIMARY RESPONSIILITIES
Inspecting upholstery finished product for accuracy including but not limited to the style number, finished nail application, sectionals for “fit”, sew seams line up, apply appropriate deck labels, scan tickets, cross check law labels.
- Inspect sewing details and overall tailoring of finished product.
- Identify quality issues and report them to Final Inspector/Lead.
- All other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Manufacturing Inspection or Quality Control, Furniture Inspection experience a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment & multi-task.
- Attention to detail and quality.
- High School diploma or GED
- LEAN Manufacturing Experience a plus
- Must be able to lift, handle, and carry 25 lbs.
- Able to work independently.
- Long periods of standing/walking
- Bending/Twisting/Stooping.
