ALSAC’s Internship Program offers an immersive experience where interns dive into our culture, contribute to organizational goals through meaningful projects, and build relationships with team members and senior leadership. Over the course of 10 weeks, interns are paired with a day-to-day manager and given significant assignments, gaining a true understanding of what it means to be part of ALSAC/St. Jude. Recognized as one of the top 100 internship programs in the U.S. in 2022 by WayUp and Yello, our program is designed to be impactful and enriching.

ALSAC Summer Intern Innovation Project: Throughout the internship, interns will connect with innovators across ALSAC, learning the art of Design Thinking. Working in teams, they will engage in creative sessions and prepare to present their projects to ALSAC’s CEO and Executive Leadership Team
Program Details
Start Date: June 2, 2025
End Date: August 8, 2025
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday-Friday)
Pay Rate: $14/hour
Work Location: 501 St Jude Place, Memphis TN 38105

Internship Program Requirements:
A passion for our mission!
Must be actively enrolled, and in good standing, in an accredited college or university, as a sophomore, junior, senior, graduate student, or recent graduate upon date of hire and for the duration of the 10 week program, ending on August 8th.
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Requires a degree of judgement; ability to effectively manage internal and external relationships.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Power Point.
Must be able to maintain confidentiality.
Specific Internship Description and Preferred Skills:
Work with Dinners, Galas & Golf Program Team to plan & execute in person and digital events and support national & regional fundraising events with DGG best practices
Support team needs for World Golf Championships FedEx St. Jude Invitational and St. Jude JAM concert event, Danny Thomas Celebrity ProAm Golf Tournament in Memphis, TN
Tasks include supporting with our enterprise events, field territory events, and other team projects.
Majors preferred: Hospitality, Marketing, Fundraising, Business Administration, Public Relations, Event Management, Sports Management
Skills preferred: Event planning, organization, communication
