- Application & Account Assistance: Guide clients through the application process for financial products, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Issue Resolution & Customer Satisfaction: Address client concerns, troubleshoot financial service issues, and ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Relationship Building & Retention: Develop strong client relationships through follow-ups and proactive communication to encourage long-term financial planning and service engagement.
Customer Service Agent Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services industry.
