Bar Manager/Bartender

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a strong background in the food industry. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, serving beverages, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent leadership and team management skills, as well as the ability to supervise staff effectively.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including inventory control and restocking supplies as needed.
• Supervise and train bar staff to ensure high-quality service and adherence to safety standards.
• Manage customer interactions with professionalism, addressing any concerns or requests promptly.
• Collaborate with restaurant management to develop new drink menus and promotional offerings.
• Monitor alcohol consumption levels of patrons to promote responsible drinking.
• Ensure compliance with local health regulations and company policies regarding food service management.

Requirements

• Proven experience in bartending or related roles within the food industry.
• Strong leadership skills with experience in supervising and training staff.
• Knowledge of food production processes and inventory control practices.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A passion for providing exceptional customer service and creating memorable experiences for guests.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $15.00 - $1,500.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 per week
