- Assist guests in making reservations and be the main point of contact for clients' needs for special events.
- Excellent customer service skills are a must.
- Call center customer service experience is a plus.

- Computer skills, excel and google knowledge helpful.
- Should be familiar with the Baltimore metropolitan area and surrounding airports.
