Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Fulfillment Associate to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of orders within our distribution center. You will play a crucial part in maintaining the flow of goods, from receiving to shipping, while adhering to safety and quality standards.
Duties
- Operate various warehouse equipment, including forklifts and cherry pickers, to load and unload products efficiently.
- Accurately pick and pack orders for shipment, ensuring that all items are correctly labeled and documented.
- Maintain organization within the warehouse by following established protocols for inventory management.
- Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and address any operational challenges.
Experience
- Previous experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and inventory management systems is a plus.
- Mechanical knowledge related to warehouse equipment operation is highly desirable.
- Experience supervising staff or leading teams in a warehouse setting is beneficial but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail is required.
