Senior Technical Product Manager

American Logistics
George, UT Full Time
POSTED ON 3/4/2025
AVAILABLE BEFORE 8/25/2025

Let’s face it, nobody cares about a common, puffed-up job description about how great we are.

So, let’s make this about you.

It’s about you being a builder… and currently not building anything impactful to you. It’s about you desiring something more challenging, but you’re too busy with ‘work’ to go find it.

It’s about you caring enough about your career to read this post to the end before applying

It’s about you not really aligning with your company’s values in a way that allows you to thrive personally and professionally. …And it’s about you tackling really hard challenges that lead to win-win outcomes for yourself, the company, and the customers you serve.

Problem Solved

You'll be at the forefront of revolutionizing healthcare transportation solutions. Your mission is to craft and execute process and product strategies that not only meet but anticipate the evolving needs of our customers. By collaborating with cross-functional teams—engineering, design, operations, and member success—you'll transform complex healthcare challenges into seamless, technology-driven solutions.

Your work will directly impact the efficiency of healthcare services, ensuring patients have reliable access to care, and setting new standards to a very broken industry.

In the first 90 days, you will conquer the following:

30 – Build Understanding & Align Priorities

  • Conduct meetings with at least 4 key stakeholders to understand business objectives, customer pain points, and current product challenges.
  • Deliver a 30-minute presentation summarizing key insights and proposed areas of focus.
  • Actively participate in two sprint cycles, backlog grooming, and sprint planning to fully integrate into the product development process.

60 – Take Ownership & Drive Roadmap Execution

  • Assume ownership of at least one key product area, defining priorities and managing the backlog.
  • Conduct a live product demo of at least two American Logistics products, demonstrating deep product knowledge.
  • Develop and align a prioritized product roadmap for at least one initiative, based on customer needs and business impact.

90 – Deliver Measurable Impact

  • Launch at least one major feature or product improvement, tracking adoption and business impact.
  • Propose and validate one new product enhancement, backed by customer feedback and data insights.
  • Present a 90-day impact report to leadership, demonstrating contributions to product growth and team efficiency.

Soft Skills:

Your analytical prowess and problem-solving acumen are complemented by exceptional communication and presentation skills. You possess a deep empathy for users, understanding their needs and behaviors, which informs your strategic decisions. Your leadership inspires teams, fostering collaboration and driving collective success.

Technical Skills:

With proven expertise in B2B software product management, preferably within the healthcare or transportation sectors, you will have driven the delivery of successful software products using agile methodologies. Your expertise in user-centered design enables you to translate complex user needs into actionable product requirements. Proficiency with tools like Jira, Confluence, and Jira Product Discovery enhances your ability to manage and prioritize complex projects effectively.
