American Lumper Services is a growing nationwide warehouse management company, dedicated to providing steady jobs to hard-working individuals across the United States!
We are currently seeking experienced leaders in Louisville, KY to oversee and assist with general warehouse operations. The ideal candidate will have prior supervisory or leadership experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to motivate and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
In this role, you will:
- Lead a team in performing warehouse duties such as loading and unloading trucks, sorting products, and stacking and wrapping pallets using stand-up and sit-down forklifts.
- Monitor and ensure efficient use of equipment, including forklifts and scanners.
- Train and guide team members in best practices for productivity and safety.
- Coordinate daily workflow and assign tasks to ensure smooth operations.
Shift Information
- Monday through Friday (Sat/Sun OFF)
- Available Shifts:
- Shifts will vary between 1st and 2nd shifts
Compensation
- $22/hour with weekly pay (every Friday!)
- Direct hire, full-time position (40 hours/week).
- Benefits and PTO eligibility after 90 days.

Requirements
- Leadership or supervisory experience in a warehouse or similar environment is required.
- Stand-up and sit-down forklift experience is mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced setting while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Must have reliable transportation. (This can also include the ability to reliably use the MAX line!)
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds consistently and safely.
- Fluent in English for communication and team coordination.
- Willingness to adapt and perform duties as assigned, even outside of standard tasks.
- Must pass a drug test and background check (this is a drug-free workplace).
