Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and organized part-time office assistant to support our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily office operations, including answering phones, responding to emails, and managing correspondence.
- Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars for team members.
- Support bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and invoice processing.
- Assist with preparing reports.
- Perform other administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration are a plus.
- Previous experience in an office environment preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Schedule:
- Monday - Friday. No more than 20 hours per week, flexible schedule available.
Compensation:
- $14-$18 an hour - Depending on experience
