Duties & Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
- Answer resident inquiries and concerns, log maintenance requests, and route them to appropriate vendors.
- Prepare and distribute community newsletters, meeting agendas, and important notices.
- Maintain resident contact information and association records.
- Coordinate with vendors for routine maintenance, landscaping, and trash collection.
- Assist with the preparation of board meeting packets and presentations.
Financial Assistance:
- Monitor and track community expenses, including invoices and payments.
- Assist with budget preparation and reporting, tracking spending against allocated funds.
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports for review by the board
Compliance and Enforcement:
- Conduct property inspections to ensure adherence to community rules and regulations.
- Issue violation notices and follow-up on compliance issues.
- Stay updated on local ordinances and state laws related to community associations.
Community Engagement:
- Facilitate communication between residents, the board, and management company.
- Gather resident feedback and concerns to address with the community association manager.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
