American Marine Contractors is seeking a dynamic individual to fill the role of Shop Foreman.
Full Time 8-10 hour shifts Monday-Friday with the possibility of OT weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Vehicle/ Equipment Maintenance: Utilize your expertise in vehicle maintenance and repair to ensure the proper functioning of shop vehicles and equipment.
- Inventory Management: Efficiently manage inventory levels, track supplies, and maintain an organized system to support the needs of ongoing projects.
- Organization and Leadership: Demonstrate strong organizational skills to coordinate materials, offload deliveries, and lead the team in maintaining a clean and functional work environment.
- Delivery Management: Oversee the timely and accurate delivery of materials, ensuring that all items are received in good condition and properly distributed.
Qualifications:
- Experience in vehicle maintenance/ repair.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage inventory effectively.
- Experience in coordinating deliveries and organizing materials.
- Knowledge of shop equipment and vehicle maintenance.
- CDL license is favored but not required.
