Job Summary: To promote the AMP brand across multiple channels and provide materials that facilitate positive connections between sales representatives and prospective clients. Work creatively to maximize the Marketing team’s impact on our company goals for market expansion, customer satisfaction, and continuous growth.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Develop a thorough understanding of AMP sales culture and processes.
- Create, maintain, and enhance company product websites including blog posts, case studies, and images.
- Create, update, and manage templates, emails, lists, and landing pages in the Marketing Platform, Sugar Market.
- Create graphics for company websites, email campaigns, product updates, internal announcements, and other marketing initiatives as assigned.
- Work closely with sales personnel and management to collect feedback on usage, adoption, and efficacy of marketing and training materials.
- Consistently update and manage internal Wiki site maintained by the Marketing team.
- Prepare marketing materials for distribution to sales teams and managers.
- Assist with updates to social media presence and reputation management on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Glassdoor.
- Assist with office personnel and sales rep internal marketing by sending updates regarding recognition, events, contests, product enhancements, or “good news” to keep reps engaged.

- Completes tasks with minimal direction
- Quickly acquires new software skills
- Graphic design skills strongly preferred
- Wordpress experience preferred
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Suite, and/or Canva preferred
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Four-year college degree required — Communication, Marketing, English, Advertising, Design, or Business preferred
- 2 years of related work experience, or job-related academic work
