Job Summary: To successfully perform the listing verification processes for customers who have purchased online presence and image management assistance (OPTIMA™) package(s) with maximum efficiency, reliability, accuracy, and provide excellent customer service.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Maintain understanding and support of content for major social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, NextDoor, and Google
- Execute posts across major platforms for our customers such as Google and Next Door
- Execute quality control standards for content in regards to grammar, spelling, imagery matching, and context
- Continual communication with team members, departments, and manager
- Maintain accurate daily tracking and reporting of performance
Core Competencies:
- Strong ability to work independently while keeping your manager informed
- Highly organized with excellent follow-up capabilities
- Computer skills required
- Ability to keep yourself and your work area organized and neat
- Ability to multi-task, perform under deadlines, and produce accurate listing verification in an ever-changing environment
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- Working knowledge of commercial social media posting best practices
