Job Summary: Execute daily reminders for upcoming GSV photo shoots via email, text message and phone. Reschedule customers, as needed, by promptly assessing the calendar and creating new appointments. Assist with additional photo editing work, as needed.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Send daily appointment reminders via email, text and phone. Reschedule customers, as needed
- Field in-bound calls from sales reps and customers, providing positive customer service and support, as needed
- Back up the GSV Scheduling Coordinator, as needed, with additional customer or sales rep outreach regarding TBD photo events via email, text or phone
- Assist in overflow photo editing work, as needed
- Any other duties assigned by manager
Core Competencies:
- Working knowledge of computers and Microsoft Office Suite required
- Must be able to multi-task, maintain quality standards, adapt and think on your feet as priorities arise and change, keep yourself organized, and pay very close attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize projects and utilize strong problem solving skills
- Experience managing schedules and appointments a plus
- Being able to work and stay on task with limited interactions with your supervisor
Educational Requirements:
- Four-year college degree preferred, but not required
Functional Demands:
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time performing computer work
