Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Martial Arts Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in martial arts, experience working with students of various ages, and the ability to foster a positive and engaging learning environment. As a Martial Arts Instructor, you will be responsible for teaching martial arts techniques, promoting physical fitness, and instilling discipline and respect in your students.
Duties
- Conduct martial arts classes for students, ensuring a safe and supportive atmosphere.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their skills.
- Organize and lead demonstrations and events to promote martial arts within the community.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the training area and equipment.
- Encourage physical fitness through additional activities such as drills for skill through martial arts activities.
- Collaborate with senior instructors to create a well-rounded physical education program.
Requirements
- Proven experience in martial arts, with certifications in relevant disciplines preferred.
- Experience working with students in a coaching or educational capacity is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills to effectively convey techniques and concepts to students.
- Ability to motivate and inspire students of all ages while promoting respect and discipline, Self control, respect & focus.
- A background in sports coaching or physical education is a plus.
