Salary: $50,000- $90,000 (base salary ) Negotiable if candidate has good qualification)
Job Responsibilities
For Aftermarket auto parts Sales :
· Present, promote and sell company auto parts especially Shocks and Struts to existing and prospective customers
· Establish and develop local dealer network (mainly focus on offline auto parts stores, auto repair shop, general repair garage, specialty repair shop, independent body shop and modification shop.), Manage and maintain positive relationships with cooperative dealers.
· Reach out to customer leads through cold calling/cold visits
· Attend Sales Team Weekly Sales meeting
· Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
· Coordinate sales effort with branch coordinator
· Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports
· Follow payment collection
· Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products
· Performs other duties as assigned
Job Skills Requirements
· Possesses the desire to strive for sales achievement
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse groups of people
· Open minded for cross-cultural difference
· Accept time difference when it comes to communication with management level and support personnel
· Computer skills including office productivity software
· Be capable of performing several tasks;
Experience Requirements
· Professional knowledge of automobile spare parts, including but not limited to turbo, shock absorber, connecting rods, control arm, etc. ( for Auto part sales )
· Minimum of 5 year direct OUTSIDE sales experience of air suspension, suspension air bag, turbochargers, coilovers etc.
·Candidates with Sales Management and Clients Management experience are preferred
