Salary : $140K - $170K Range
Depending on experience
Responsibilities :
Monitor and maintain compliance with federal and state regulations.
Manage the development and implementation of departmental policies and establishing rapport with and between departments so they can each see the importance of their contributions to the facility.
Oversee the care and services provided to residents. Ensuring residents receive the support they need and resolving any concerns raised by family members
Oversee the buildings maintenance, and ensuring the facility is up to date
Attend meetings with staff, families, and other stakeholders, and preparing reports for governing bodies and agencies
Qualifications :
Must have New York Administrator license
Must have prior experience as an Administrator in long term care
