Qualifications of the Administrator:

• Must have a Texas Administrator license
• Must have prior experience as an Administrator
• Must have experience in long-term care
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities of the Administrator:

• Manage daily operations of the facility, ensuring compliance with all regulations and standards.
• Oversee staff performance and provide guidance to ensure high-quality care for residents.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to coordinate care for residents with developmental disabilities or dementia.
• Maintain accurate records of resident care plans and operational budgets.
• Facilitate training and development opportunities for staff to improve service delivery.
• Engage with families of residents to address concerns and provide updates on their loved ones' well-being.
• Monitor facility maintenance and safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all.
