Assistant Director of Nursing- LTC - Jersey City, NJ

*SALARY- UP TO $130K per year (depends on experience)*

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervision of nursing staff in the facility
  • Implementation of nursing policy and procedure
  • Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
  • Assessing the health needs of residents

Qualifications:

  • Must have NJ RN license
  • Must have prior experience as an Assistant Director of Nursing in a skilled nursing facility
  • Must have Long Term Care experience
  • Must have staff development experience
  • Strong leadership/managerial skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
