Assistant Director of Nursing- LTC
Located in Maumee, OH
SALARY: Up To $90K ; BASED ON EXPERIENCE
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement health care related training that assures the best possible delivery of health related support and services
- Lead, direct and monitor the delivery of health care and related health and medical services
- Ensure that patient care plans contain accurate documentation and are amended as needed.
- Assist in supervision of nursing staff in the facility
- Overseeing nursing employee conduct
- Ensuring there is adequate nursing staff, and that the staff's skills remain current
- Being knowledgeable of incidents at the facility
Qualifications:
- Must have Ohio RN license
- Must have long-term care experience
- Must have prior nurse management experience
- Proven leadership and management skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
