Director of Environmental Services - LTC
Located in Brooklyn, NY
Salary: Up To $100K per year (depending on experience)
Responsibilities:
- The Director of Maintenance/Environmental Services is responsible for the development, organization, implementation, and evaluation of maintenance, housekeeping and laundry services within the facility
- Ensure efficient facility upkeep, repairs, and improvements
- Implement organizational strategies to enhance department performance
- Respond promptly to maintenance emergencies
Qualifications:
- Must have maintenance/ environmental services experience in long term care
- Must have Certificates of Fitness for bulk oxygen and for fire safety
- Must have long-term care/skilled nursing experience
- DOH (Department of Health) experience, NFPA, FEMA, Certificates of fitness, and Emergency Management is preferred
