Social Worker Job Description:
- Assist new residents and their family in the initial adjustment phase, as well as in the ongoing transition to institutional living
- Provide information to the resident, and/or family member, on residents' rights and responsibilities
Qualifications:
- Must have BSW or MSW
- Must have current social work experience in long term care
- Must have current nursing home experience
- Strong written and verbal skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
