VP of Marketing (Coporate Office based out of Lakewood, NJ) - Skilled Nursing Facilities located throughout PA, NY & OH
The VP of Marketing will act as a liaison for skilled nursing facilities and for assigned hospitals and designated referral sources for families. This person will be responsible for building relationships with hospitals, which generate patient referrals and admissions.

SALARY: $150K-$180K (based on experience)
Qualifications:
- MUST have current regional marketing experience in skilled nursing facilities/nursing homes
- Must have recent nursing home experience
- Must have relationships with local hospitals
- Must be willing to travel
- Must have practical working knowledge of business development and long-term care
- Ability to negotiate effectively with external agencies and organizations
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to analyze organizational needs and develop appropriate strategic plans
- Strong leadership abilities and ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented structure
