Internist Position Details :

Hartford HealthCare is seeking a full-time Internal or Family Medicine Physician in the semi-rural town of Plainfield, CT located on the Rhode Island border in eastern Connecticut and within 45 minutes of Providence, RI.

Role : Option of 100% Outpatient Primary Care (Adult Medicine - 18 ) or a split between Primary Care and Hospital Medicine (3 days Primary Care and 2 days per week Hospital Medicine)

Location : 584 Norwich Rd, Suite 300, Plainfield, CT 06374

Call : Infrequent phone call for work / life balance
