Objective:
American Medicals is seeking a forward-thinking and results-oriented professional with a strong background in sales, marketing, and account management, aiming to spearhead the ground-up creation of a business strategy that maximizes revenue growth and elevates customer satisfaction. Skilled in developing innovative sales solutions, nurturing both government and non-government client relationships, and reengaging inactive customers. Confident communicator, adept negotiator, and strategic problem-solver ready to take ownership of programs and expand market reach while ensuring all efforts align with legal and corporate standards.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, execute, and oversee a business strategy that prioritizes revenue growth and positive customer ratings
- Create business marketing and sales blueprint from the ground up
- Conduct high-level industry research to develop effective sales solutions
- Promote the company’s products or services to prospective clients
- Interact with clients and respond to important inquiries about the company’s products or services
- Increase sales revenue from government and non-government clients
- Expand footprint in non-government sales
- Reengage inactive customers, maintain engagement with current customers
- Review sales contracts to ensure they meet legal and corporate guidelines
- This role will have supervisory responsibilities of one individual, with possibility for more direct reports as we grow
