The Audiovisual Manager will provide support for all client departments of business and support all external AV technology initiatives. They will manage the total AV quote process including negotiations and final client budget creation. In addition, they will manage AV production to ensure we deliver consistent quality of service to all clients. They adhere to companywide standards for all AV production and customer service. The Director of Audiovisual Services will work with the meeting managers to support them in achieving their AV budget goals. They will provide support for all installation, configuration, maintenance and support of videoconferencing and audio-visual systems to ensure proper AV standards are met.

  • Negotiate AV contracts
  • Manage AV budgets to maximize profit and create client quotes
  • Meet the AV profit margins
  • Manage the sourcing of AV suppliers and partners
  • Working knowledge of AV average market costs to utilize during AV negotiations
  • Working knowledge of meeting management & logistics
  • Manage Webcast Production or remote Webcast producers
  • Ability to manage client expectations / needs in a professional environment
  • Working Knowledge of all AMI supported Virtual Meeting Platforms
  • Working knowledge of encoding software (Wirecast, OBS, VMix) and onsite streaming
  • Working knowledge of meeting collaboration software (Webex, Zoom, Notified)
  • Manage AV quality standards across all channels; video conferencing, web conferencing, and onsite events
  • Ability to train / supervise team members on new software, protocols and techniques
  • Fast problem solver, troubleshooting platform and event related issues
  • Organizing assets and content prior to virtual meetings
  • Advise meeting managers on software and solutions to meeting challenges
  • Support events in post-production tasks
  • Anticipate and provide solutions to any potential risks, problems or issues that may arise
  • Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and post production software
  • Expert level understanding of Audio and Video equipment / hardware
  • Upkeep of in-house equipment including AV in a Box inventory

Must be willing and able to travel and have a valid passport.
