Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Project Manager (BA/PM) who will bridge the gap between business needs and technical execution, ensuring projects align with business objectives and deliver value to our customers. As a BA/PM at AMS, you will play a key role in gathering requirements, managing project timelines, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive project success.
Responsibilities:
- Lead requirement-gathering sessions with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of initiatives.
- Act as the primary liaison between business and technical teams, facilitating clear communication and ensuring alignment on project goals.
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from initial planning to post-launch review, and ensure project objectives are met.
- Conduct regular status updates and proactively address potential risks or roadblocks to project success.
- Analyze data and performance metrics to provide insights that drive decision-making and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with development, QA, and product teams to optimize processes and enhance the overall customer experience.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, or a related field.
- 7 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Project Manager, or similar role, with a focus on e-commerce or retail industries.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira).
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process documentation, and translating business needs into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and with stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a detail-oriented mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
