Job Posting
American National is hiring a Business Processor for our League City office! In this position, you will process and edit any new business and cancellations for the department. This includes verifying account information and underwriting guidelines are met to ensure accuracy.
- Processes new business certificates/policies/waivers, cancellation requests, and refunds accurately and within established deadlines.
- Balances each client’s report and remittance to cash received and noting any variances.
- Reviews for proper data entry as well as acceptability under the company’s underwriting guidelines in regard to effective date, term, age, amount of coverage, premium/fee charged, and correct form usage.
- Corrects and/or returns errors to the client with an explanation of the error and the procedure for correction.
- Assists in mailing monthly billing statements to accounts.
- Communicates to accounts when questions arise concerning their billing statements.
- Strong Excel skills
- Ability to communicate professionally
