Job Description
Your Responsibilities
As a Sales Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team to include assisting in generating leads, scheduling sales meetings, handling incoming phone calls, recommending products to customers and other responsibilities as assigned to support the sales team. Construction experience preferred.
- Enter and Finalize quotes into Oracle for customers and Sales Representative.
- Responsible for handling incoming phone calls and walk-ins requesting sales information.
- Assist the sales manager in the preparation of sales reports and competitive market analyses.
- Update contact lists of existing and prospective customers.
- Any other duty, task, or responsibilities as assigned.
Your Skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity and professionalism.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to perform basic calculations - add, subtract, multiply and divide.
- Self-management and project management ability.
Your Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- If operating a Company Vehicle, a valid driver’s license will be required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
- Capable of pulling together professional sales presentations.
- Knowledge of ERP applications (preferably Oracle).

Physical Requirements
Work is performed in a typical office environment and may require standing, bending, lifting boxes or packages under 10 lbs., and remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time. Work requires regularly inputting/retrieving words or data into or from an automated/computer system.
