We are looking for a compassionate and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our First Notice of Loss (FNOL) team. As an FNOL Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers reporting a loss. Your primary responsibility will be to gather all necessary information to initiate the claims process efficiently and empathetically. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers feel supported and informed throughout the process.

What You’ll Do
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers reporting a loss.
- Collect and document detailed information regarding a loss.
- Provide clear and accurate information about the claims process.
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry into the claims management system.
- Communicate with internal teams to facilitate the claims process.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and care.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in customer service or insurance is a plus.
- A minimum of two years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism.
- Proficiency in using computer systems and software applications.
- Prior experience in a call center or high-volume customer service environment.
- Bilingual skills would be helpful.
- Strong technical aptitude; training and experience with Microsoft Office products
