This role is the intermediate position in the specialized career path of Total Rewards. It provides subject matter knowledge, analysis and coordination of Total Rewards initiatives.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?:
- Conducts market analysis. Gathers market data and analyzes results.
- Completes & coordinates compensation surveys and maintains the inventory and schedule.
- Conducts job evaluations and assists with job description process and related components.
- Supports career pathing/creation of job families and leveling.
- Actively assists with annual benefit renewals and plan changes, education and training and assists open enrollment.
- Conducts research and compilation of data for salary range increases & merit budget recommendations.
- Assists with updating and making recommendations compensation guidelines and governance. Enforces accompanying processes and procedures.
- Assists with formal leadership trainings.
- Provides regular guidance on compensation matters to managers, business partners, recruiters, and HRIS team.
- Conducts data analysis and presents findings and recommendations to upper levels and/or leader.
- Bachelors degree.
- Four to six years of experience.
- Supervisory/management experience not applicable.
