Your Role and Responsibilities

  • Be the First Point of Contact: Handle incoming calls, accept payments, confirm policy information, and manage account changes, all while aiming for first-call resolution.
  • Provide Accurate Information: Deliver valid and complete information to authorized parties, including policy details and coverage options.
  • Process Applications: Efficiently receive and complete applications from clients or field associates.
  • Collaborate with Underwriting: Keep the underwriting department informed of any changes to risk.
  • Manage Payments: Review and post premium payments, and become an expert in our policy systems.
  • Create and Modify Payment Plans: Set up auto-drafts, handle billing, and manage payment plans.
  • Reinstate Policies: Identify funds needed for lapsed policies and ensure all paperwork is completed.
  • Support Projects: Assist with various assigned projects to keep things running smoothly.
Work Hours

  • Training Program: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
  • Post-Training Schedule: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday. Your start-time preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Full-time employees are expected to work a minimum of 37.50 hours per week.
What We’re Looking For

  • Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Preferred: Experience in call centers or customer-focused roles (Insurance, Banking, Finance, Retail, Food Service). Bi-lingual skills are a plus!

Our job titles may span more than one career level. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including training, transferable skills, work experience, business needs, and market demands. The base pay is subject to change and may be modified in the future.
