- Be the First Point of Contact: Handle incoming calls, accept payments, confirm policy information, and manage account changes, all while aiming for first-call resolution.
- Provide Accurate Information: Deliver valid and complete information to authorized parties, including policy details and coverage options.
- Process Applications: Efficiently receive and complete applications from clients or field associates.
- Collaborate with Underwriting: Keep the underwriting department informed of any changes to risk.
- Manage Payments: Review and post premium payments, and become an expert in our policy systems.
- Create and Modify Payment Plans: Set up auto-drafts, handle billing, and manage payment plans.
- Reinstate Policies: Identify funds needed for lapsed policies and ensure all paperwork is completed.
- Support Projects: Assist with various assigned projects to keep things running smoothly.
- Training Program: 8:30 am – 5:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday.
- Post-Training Schedule: 7:00 am – 6:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday. Your start-time preferences will be considered but cannot be guaranteed. Full-time employees are expected to work a minimum of 37.50 hours per week.
- Required: High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred: Experience in call centers or customer-focused roles (Insurance, Banking, Finance, Retail, Food Service). Bi-lingual skills are a plus!
- Positive Phone Disposition: Communicate confidently and effectively with clients.
- Strong Cognitive and Multi-Tasking Abilities: Handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Quick Learner: Absorb and retain information quickly.
- Team Player: Work effectively in a team-focused environment.
- Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and follow-up on tasks.
- Passion for Customer Service: Provide top-quality service and take pride in managing calls from start to finish.
