Job Title: Marketing Coordinator (Full Time)
American Native Plants is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be creative and detail-oriented with a strong sense of personal agency. This position is located in our Middle River, MD headquarters but will occasionally need to coordinate with our secondary location in Woodstock, IL. The Marketing Coordinator works with the management team and reports directly to the company CEO/President.
This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday, 7:30am-3:30pm.
Compensation is negotiable and commensurate with experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop both B2B and B2C marketing strategies driven by field research and reporting analysis
- Reinvigorate and maintain organic social media presence across multiple platforms
- Recruit and manage blog writers and schedules
- Design and schedule weekly email blasts to drive sales
- Liaise with 3rd-party contractors to coordinate paid marketing campaigns
- Recommend and oversee website enhancements and maintenance
- Oversee spending to stay in line with yearly marketing budget; ensure funds are being directed according to campaign success rates
- Perform other duties as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
- A bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field is required; experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- Ability to produce creative and innovative content
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Detail oriented with strong analytical skills
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
