AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Mortgage Contact Officer (MCO). The Next Gen Program MCO is expected to complete the 20-hour NMLS course and pass the NMLS exam. Prior to test preparation, there will be a 30-day incubation period where the MCO will be responsible for working with prospective borrowers and delivering leads to Licensed Loan Officers. After passing the exam and receiving extensive MLO Training, the MCO will be promoted to Mortgage Loan Originator.

Position Requirements
- Customer service or Sales experience is a plus
- Looking for high-energy and positive mindset
- Be able to talk to customers in professional but down to earth manner
- Need to be tech savvy, proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, and adaptive to learning new programs
- Written and verbal communication skills
- Able to manage stressful situations and deal with rejection
- Not afraid to overcome customer objections
- Self-Motivated with an ability to stay focused
- High school Diploma or equivalent
Position Responsibilities
- 20 Hour NMLS course and Exam Prep
- Pass NMLS Exam
- Thru Phone/Dialer contact prospective borrowers
- Direct Transfer leads to Licensed Loan Officer
- Setup Call Back Times with prospects
- Utilize telephony system to leave voicemails and text messages
- Work with Lead Management System to monitor assign lists of prospects to dial out and transfer to viable leads for Licensed Loan Officers
- Utilize Lead Management System to follow up with prospective borrowers
- Use provided scripts to enhance initial pitch to borrower
- Overcome borrower initial objections and answer questions
- Know and understand prequalification questions
- Work with manager to listen to recorded calls for call coaching opportunities
- Completion of MLO Training Program Products, Pricing, Guidelines, Selling Techniques, Deal Structuring, Income Calculation and Systems
Qualifications
- MCO within the Next Gen Program receives base hourly plus overtime
- MCO transition into Loan Officer role will make this base hourly, plus overtime, along with bonus for submissions and funded loans within the first 90 Days
- Once a Mortgage Loan Originator, MLO will be eligible for base hourly/plus overtime and MLO Bonus Plan. This plan provides for 6-Figure earning potential!
Work Environment/Physical Demands: Will have to spend long hours sitting and using office equipment and computers, which can cause muscle and eye strain.
